About the team:

You will be joining a team of UX Researchers and Product/Content/Marketing Designers.

The impact you’ll have:

We’re looking for aPrincipal Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team. You will have a passion for finding elegant solutions to complex problems and be at ease in ambiguous situations.You will be part of a growing Design function involved in Product, Marketing, Content, Brand and responsible for the Design System and Brand guidelines ().

• Design digital experiences that improve our customers’ interactions with us.
• Work closely with the business, engineers and designers to oversee the user experience through continuous iterations.
• Identify initiatives to improve the calibre, efficiency and impact of design.
• Continuously push forward the quality of work, both in terms of design, overall experience, and internal processes.
• Work alongside our Head of Product Design to help create the design vision and uphold quality levels.
• You will be deeply passionate about the brand vision and values in our quest to help create authentic and meaningful experiences.
• Great visual design execution, but with a main focus on delivering great experiences and solving problems.
• You’re an outstanding communicator, storyteller, and facilitator. You bring people together and build a shared understanding, with an inspiring vision and narrative.
• You make well-reasoned design decisions always advocating for the best possible user experience.
• You’ve spent several years creating exceptional product experiences for high-growth companies, are skilled in both UI and UX design, and have a portfolio that showcases your work, process and outcomes.
• You’re proactive, organised, curious, humble and empathetic.
