London based. You can expect 1-2 days per week each week and the rest from home as desired. We’re comfortable wherever you live around London as long as you can commute in as required under your own cost.
Salary & Benefits: £52,912 to £69,447 base salary plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution, 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Overview & Focus:
You will work as a PMO Manager (called Business Support Managers internally) providing support and guidance to one of our Commercial Business Banking Transformation areas, which includes three large Value Streams known as Originations, Markets and Servicing.
We are embarking on our next 5 year technology transformation programme, we’re redefining what a bank needs to be from the inside out. Our technology, our culture, and our mind-set is changing, all to show what an engineering-led organisation can do.
You’ll support IT programmes & products and we operate within an Agile framework, using modern DevSecOps methods, aiming to deliver maximum value using the iterative approach.
You’ll cover the full gambit of PMO style tasks, however certain roles will have focus upon one certain activities over others in the near term, for example IT Risk Management or Governance/ Compliance.
Key to note that you will support ongoing business as usual areas and projects, so should be comfortable working with both.
What specific tasks will you support?
You will be part of a fast-paced team supporting change projects and permanent functions. You’ll will be embedded within one function and work closely with the team to drive efficiency and governance excellence.
Specific activities will revolve around;
Risk Management on IT Projects
Governance & Compliance
Stakeholder management
Financial management, forecasting, investment spend and cost management processes
Resource management & recruitment
Change & BAU planning support
Reporting & Management Information
Quality Assurance
Coaching & Developing more junior staff in your area
What do we need to see in your CV when you apply?
In order to be seriously considered we need to see evidence of the following activities, ideally across multiple similar roles;
A prior background working as a PMO Manager or senior PMO Analyst who has supported IT Software Engineering products. You’ll want to be happy to take the lead on tasks.
Experience supporting Agile change & working with multidisciplinary staff.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
A can do attitude!
Prior background within financial services
