Payroll Consultant (EC & ECP) – International IT Services Client
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Contract: 3-month initial contract (potential for further extensions)
Day Rate: £500 – £580 per day (Inside IR35, dependent on experience)
About the Company:
A world-leading IT services contractor with a central London base is seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant. You will join a high-performing team with the opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP and SuccessFactors technologies. The role offers flexibility, with a hybrid working arrangement and the potential for contract extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and configuration of ECP (Employee Central Payroll) for UK payroll.
* Provide expert guidance on Payroll Control Center and P2P integration between EC and ECP modules.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and successful implementation of payroll processes.
* Configure payroll systems and handle end-to-end payroll requirements.
* Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors Payroll.
* Offer advice and support to resolve payroll system issues as they arise.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant with recent hands-on experience in ECP implementation for UK payroll.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP modules EC and ECP.
* Familiarity with Payroll Control Center and P2P integration.
* SuccessFactors payroll configuration experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, maintaining high levels of productivity both remotely and onsite.
