The organisation is exploring a pay flexibility case for the 2024-25 remit year, to ensure that it can pay competitively to attract and retain the skills needed. To lead this initiative, they are seeking a skilled and strategic Pay, Reward & Benefits Manager.
Candidates must have experience of modelling pay options and data cleansing/manipulation.
