Oracle Cloud ERP Testing Lead (Test Manager, Oracle Fusion Applications)

Test Manager position available for a Professional that wants to develop their expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications

Role:

• As a member of a project team, you will adhere to best practice and procedures to analyse situations/data and deliver functional and technical solutions on Oracle Cloud applications and other technology installations.
• Work involves problem solving and then applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices to implement Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated competence as an Oracle Cloud/Fusion Applications Test Lead/Manager
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as needed
• Design and write manual and automated Front End test scripts for assigned service line workflows to validate design and configuration against client requirements
• Analyse, resolve, and report on testing status, gaps, and issues to client and project leadership during various testing cycles throughout the project
• Partner with client to select and apply the appropriate testing methods to complete system and integrated testing based on project scope and execute testing plan.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external project stakeholders to achieve business objectives related to testing activities, defect investigations, issues, and concerns related to assigned client(s) and/or service line(s).
• Perform workflow testing in client environments in accordance with client requirements.
• Maintain testing documentation and artifacts for each test as proof of validation.
• Document, track, and troubleshoot workflow design and configuration issues identified during testing cycles, escalating when necessary
• Identify process improvement opportunities, propose possible solutions, and collaborate with others to develop new or enhanced processes
• Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team.
