Great opportunity to work as Onsite Technician for a high profile, well-loved brand within IT Service company, based in Southampton. We are looking for a Workplace Services Technical Engineer to support over 1300 users in our campus site in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

• The role will involve dealing with fault calls, service requests and planned changes, High level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the customer’s TechDeck.
• PC/Laptop builds, WIN10 OS configuration, O365, AD administration and some hardware repair.
• This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
• Some project work may be required and some flexibility to attend local sites in London and East Horsley area.
