Network & AV Support Analyst is required by a company within the legal sector located in close proximity to Blackfriars Station and paying up to 40k. The client is looking for an individual who can work under pressure, adhere to strict time scales with great communication skills.

The successful Network & AV Support Analyst will have experience with Networking, Troubleshooting, Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and AV Technologies such as Zoom, BlueJeans etc. It would be desirable to have previously worked in the Legal sector.

Requirements :

• Polycom, Crestron & Cisco VC solutions and support.
• Excellent understanding of IOS platform and mobile devices.
• Fully experienced in providing and maintaining IT security across large networks.
• Broad knowledge and experience working with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange on Prem & Azure.
• Networking – Patching, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Building, configuration and installation of desktop and laptops.
• SCCM building, re-building old PCs, deploying software and adding new PC’s and client.
• Current knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, COBIT, COSO, ITIL, TISAX etc.)
• Extensive experience of multiple business and IT project delivery methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall)
• Successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous IT change projects.
• Advanced user of ServiceNow platform.
