Key Role Overview: As a Network Analyst, you’ll take charge of managing diverse networking systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role, operating at SFIA level 3, is pivotal to the IT Operations Team, with a focus on service delivery, cybersecurity, and projects.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Networking and Security
• SFIA level 3 or above
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ISO 27001 accreditation
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities

Technical Skills: Your expertise should encompass Cisco Catalyst Switches, UCaaS platforms, Firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate), Microsoft infrastructure, WAN protocols, and more.

Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, VCP, Azure Fundamentals, and ITIL Foundation will be highly valued.
