Neo4J Developer – 5 months – Inside IR35 – Hybrid

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Neo4J Developer to join a prestigious it consultancy based in Central London

This role offers a unique blend of remote work with an onsite requirement of just 2 days per week, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and engagement with the team. The client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the potential for a 12 month extension, signed off inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

• Developing efficient queries and ensuring they follow best practices. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Cypher and GraphQL.
• Tuning the performance of the Neo4j database, optimizing queries, and addressing any performance-related issues.
• Integrating Neo4j into various applications and potentially extending APIs to accommodate the database.
• Ensuring that code quality and code coverage metrics are met, and reviewing pull requests (PRs) to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Enforcing best practices in coding, particularly in the use of Cypher, GraphQL, and integration practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Indpeth experience in working with Neo4j’s Aura DB.
• Writing Cypher Code and GraphQL.
• Performing code review and implementing best practices.
• Unit testing, performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience in using tools like Azure ADO.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (View to Extension)
• Location: Central London 2x Day Per Week/Remote
• Day Rate: Up to £550 Per Day (Inside IR35)
• Start Date: ASAP
