Moodle Developer X2 Full Time

A well known London based university is seeking to recruit X2 Moodle Developers for 10 month contracts to start ASAP with 1-2 days working on site in London.

We are seeking two Moodle Developers who are available ASAP to start a new role. One of the role’s requires the candidate to have experience with Site Reliability Engineering expertise.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing fixes for the Moodle upstream project
• Developing fixes for Moodle Plugins from the community
• Developing fixes for Moodle Plugins created by the university
• Developing new Moodle Plugins based on university needs

Moodle Development Skills required:

• git
• PHP
• Javascript
• Mustache
• SCSS
• clear communicator for of the rationale for your fixes

The two roles are going to be very focused on maintenance activities and preparation for Moodle 4.5 upgrades & reabsorbing the backlog of support queries.

The second Moodle Developer role will require you to have Site Reliability experience.
