Mid-Snr DevOps Engineer – Startup – GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform

Oliver Bernard are currently working with a Network and Security company who are looking to take on a DevOps/Cloud Engineer as part of current expansion plans across tech, due to a surge in demand for their platform.

You will work in an extensive Team, devised of Frontend and Backend Developers, as well as Senior Cloud and DevOps Engineers to help drive the development across their existing platform. Working from Design, to Architecture, Development and Implementation, as a Mid or Snr Engineer you will be given large amounts of autonomy and ownership over how certain technologies are implemented and utilised within the Engineering team.

A well-cultured and tight knit environment, the company have a small team that competes heavily with their sizeable competitors.

With plans to upscale, they are always introducing new technologies, but currently working in a multi-cloud environment you’ll be exposed to the following technologies:

• GCP Cloud (other Cloud backgrounds considered)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Terraform and Puppet
• Jenkins and Git for CI/CD
• Python and Bash Scripting

This position is open to Mid-Level and Senior profiles and is able to offer anywhere from £55-85K, Dependent on experience, and operates a hybrid working model (2 office days p/week).
