Our client, a dynamic charity group based in London, is in search of an adept Senior CRM Developer to fortify their close-knit team of eight tech-savvy professionals. As a Microsoft Gold partner with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, C#, and Azure, you’ll have the opportunity to harness your proficiency to effect meaningful change in people’s lives.

In the role of Senior CRM Developer, you’ll play a pivotal part in conceptualizing, crafting, and deploying cutting-edge CRM solutions tailored to meet the organization’s unique requirements. Each day presents fresh challenges, but with Power Automate, C#, .NET, and Azure at your disposal, you possess the arsenal needed to overcome any obstacles.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements and devise solutions aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Crafting and implementing bespoke workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Pioneering the development and maintenance of customized plugins with C#/.NET to augment the CRM system’s capabilities.
• Diagnosing and resolving intricate CRM issues while ensuring timely, effective solutions.
• Nurturing and mentoring junior team members, sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in CRM development with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and C#/.NET, encompassing plugin development.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with an unyielding attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A track record of collaborative teamwork and the ability to consistently deliver results on schedule.
