Job Description:

Principle Accountabilities:

• Ideal candidate would have 10+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM, preferably with multiple versions

Highly desirable

• Knowledge of other Power Platform components such as Canvas Apps, PVA, Power BI, Power Automate etc
• Knowledge of SharePoint Knowledge of Application Insights and its dataverse integration
• You will possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting.

Essential skills

• Experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting Dynamics CE/CRM systems, ideally in multiple industries.
• Experience with advanced Dynamics 365 CE modules configuration and management (Customer Service, Sales Hub must have.

Essential Experience

• Previous Manufacturing experience working within a business that produces precision engineered products, in a highly regulated industry
• Demonstrate working in cross functional project roles/teams both internally and in a customer facing role.
• Experience in controlling management of change across multiple systems in alignment with internal and
