Mandarin Speaking IT Support Engineer
Location: London (EC2N Area) – Hybrid working circa 3 days per week in office.
To be considered for this role you must speak Mandarin.
IT Support Engineer required to join a very large global bank who are growing their presence in the UK market.
The chosen candidate will join a small team to provide technical support across the bank’s infrastructure and also help improve reliability, availability, security and performance across all aspects of IT. As well as this you will be one of the first points of contact to users in the UK and provide remote and deskside support.
You will manage and administer local configurations associated with desktop environment, assist installations and conduct tests on a range of hardware and software.
This is a varied role will provide a candidate exposure to a wide range of technologies/systems. The company also offer a very competitive benefits package.
