To bring our Teaming vision to life, we are actively driving a portfolio of high-impact, global initiatives aimed at activating our consulting teams across hierarchies and regions. As Manager, your role is instrumental in ensuring the success of our global strategic endeavors.
You will join the Global team and contribute to:
• The MDP Case Feedback initiative: This will be your initial focus throughout the global roll-out in 2024. This initiative aims at collecting, analyzing and activating valuable feedback from case teams for our Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs) once a project is completed. We are building an ecosystem consisting of a global survey as well as powerful analytics, notifications and dashboards. Our MDPs will directly benefit as we are providing them with actionable insights to enhance their performance and growth. Within this offer your role has three main components:
• 1) Setting up and running operations ( 40%): You will help our case teams and senior leaders have an outstanding feedback experience, as you will be responsible for setting up and running operations to help our users to resolve their data issues. You do this by investigating inquiries, correcting data-related issues using the respective BCG IT systems and driving resolutions with adjacent functions. This requires proficiency in data analysis and correction with high attention to detail. On a daily basis, you will interact with BCGers across the firm, including many of the most senior members of the organization as they reach out to you when they encounter issues
• 2) Conducting data analytics and generating insights ( 30%): It is critical that you see the bigger picture and suggest longer-term optimizations for the overall initiative. This includes analyzing patterns in issue requests and developing recommendations on how to address them going forward. All with the goal in mind of creating a better user experience for our case teams and MDPs
In addition you will also own the creation of reports and communication about survey results towards global BCG leadership
• 3) Developing concepts ( 30%): You will contribute to the strategy and direction of the initiative by supporting the development of solutions in critical areas: This includes the integration in the wider BCG ecosystem (working with functions like staffing and IT) as well as the next iteration of our tech product and our approach to activate results
• Other strategic Teaming initiatives: In the longer term you will also play a key role in other strategic initiatives that help us drive the advancement of the Teaming agenda. Key contributions will be:
• 1) Concept development: Planning, designing & optimizing initiatives to ensure BCG leadership is supported to adopt best practices and tools
• 2) Change management and execution: Executing the roll-out of our initiatives through behavioral change campaigns at scale by working with and influencing stakeholders across regions and cohorts
