Joining a small, friendly IT team as a Desktop Support Analyst your role will be varied providing 1st line and 2nd line support, user administration and some IT training to this law firm’s 300 users. Based near Blackfriars, you will work 9-5pm with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. You will need 2-3 years previous experience supporting users on MS Office 2016 and/or Office 365, PC hardware and ideally some experience supporting legal applications such as iManage DMS, InTapp and/or Aderant. You will maintain and support desktop applications and PC hardware, answering and resolving IT issues and escalating as required. You will also get involved in configuring and installing new software and hardware and IT project work. Previous experience with MS Exchange and Active Directory preferred so you can do system admin, setting up group policies etc.
This role will suit an individual who has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, who is a friendly team player who is keen to learn and has worked in an IT support role in a professional services firm, ideally a law firm, supporting MS Office applications.
