This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London 1 day a week), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and 11% pension after one year of service.
Salary £47,000 to £52,675 per annum
About the role
For this role you will need confident sas programming skills (please only apply if you have this or you will be automatically rejected) and provide analytical and insight support across the whole of Which? on various growth and customer-focused initiatives in order to enhance our understanding of our commercial products and services. You will help us make an impact across the business and improve commercial growth & customer engagement, enabling us to use data science, reporting and analytics to further understand the behaviours of our audiences and identify opportunities for increased engagement and growth. You will be predominantly delivering insight that supports our OKRs, acquisitions and retention of customers across our subscription business, endorsement scheme, Trusted Traders and Which? Legal. In addition to this you will support the organisations’ data strategy initiatives, aiding in the evolution of self-serve insight capabilities.
You will use your expertise to ensure that Which? is able to understand, report and act on customer insights from our data, allowing us to obtain a comprehensive view of our performance across our commercial products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Use analytical and technical coding skills to provide analytical support across Audience Brand & Comms, Commercial and the Which? group.
Help to develop, deliver & maintain portfolio of reporting, models & tools that considerably enhance stakeholders’ understanding of our audiences, customers or business area and to support the delivery of organisational targets, strategic plans and delivery of OKRs
Act as a consultant, providing expert advice across Marketing and other business units within Which? developing and delivering a stream of work in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross functional commercial teams to provide the advanced analytics, reporting and insight the business needs and create effective data visualisations and stories that lead to the recommendation of specific and actionable activities that improve our understanding of our customers and/or deliver improvements in business performance
Manage the rollout of new insight and data platforms as our data infrastructure develops and help develop, configure and enhance reporting suites and promote their usage and our ambitions for self-serve analytics
About you:
You will have a passion for working with data and a track record of delivering insight that drives actionable change. In addition to this you will have:
Confident SAS programming skills
High level of experience of Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
Comprehensive experience of insight generation across cross-functional teams like squads or similar delivery methods
Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
