Permanent, full-time, on-staff basis.

£85,000 – £100,000 Basic + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare (leading provider) + Package of Benefits

Our client is a leading player in the World of Oracle Applications (including ERP & HCM/HR/Payroll). They are currently expanding and having already delivered numerous Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP & Payroll Projects, they are continuing to grow capacity in the Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultancy arena.

With a solid Oracle background, you will already be an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant, most-probably at a Senior or Lead level and should be looking for a next step up in your career.

And we do mean that because they have a very substantial commitment to Training (which can be Training/upskilling targeted for specific work, or more background’ Training, as part of your own career development) and they have a brilliant in-house Team of experts from whom to learn, along-with access to significant on-line Training facilities; you will always receive encouragement to up-skill or to gain additional accreditation.

As for the role itself; you will be responsible for the providing of a full range of Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultancy to a major strategic Client, taking a lead Functional Consultant role in Oracle Cloud Payroll Projects. The purpose of this role is to provide professional, effective, and efficient Consultancy, building effective relationships with the end-Client Project Team and shaping major projects that are aimed at delivering Client-benefit.

You will need to work toward being Security Cleared after starting this position as well as having a depth of Client-facing or consultancy experience as well as full life cycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions to medium and large enterprise Clients. Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle HCM or ORC Cloud is also essential as well. Experience in Applications Security, Approvals, and extensibility tools (HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer and Flex Fields) functionality and configuration

This position will be working on the Client site with no scope for Hybrid working.
