Do you have Javascript experience, and are you seeking a new job in Central London? Our client is looking for a Lead JavaScript React SDET, and the role comes with a salary of up to £120k p/a and an attractive benefits package.

As a flexible Lead JavaScript React SDET, you will oversee testing resources in a small, highly focused team responsible for delivering leading-edge React-based applications. You will ensure appropriate and efficient testing strategies are applied in your areas of responsibility, with a focus on shift-left testing principles.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Manage performance assessments and hiring for a small team of SDETs, and drive their testing and automation strategies
• Encourage the use of contract testing for both consumer and producer
• Design and code automation frameworks, tests and tools
• Propose and implement improvements to automation and test processes.

To apply for this Lead JavaScript React SDET role, you will need at least 8 years of experience in software testing. You will also require the following:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a small team
• Understanding of JavaScript and Java
• Understanding of testing practices in an agile environment
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cypress.
