Looking for a strong Business Architect to help shape and establish a small focused Business Architect team. Ideally someone that has worked in Financial Services, ideally investments. TOGAF certified and someone that has been a Business Analyst and used to influencing and working with C suite stakeholders. Some who works within the Architecture team and is responsible for owning and initially shaping the Target Operating Model and doing the strategic Target Enterprise Mapping from a business perspective. You will have a heavy influence in how the role and responsibilities will be implemented, the role they will play in the business, selling the benefits and ROI of the business architecture function.

This is a green field role and in the fullness of time you would be responsible for building a business architecture capability. Must have strong Business Change experience, senior stakeholder management and be able to articulate and define success!
