As a Lead Android Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and configuring applications. You’ll be the go-to expert (SME), leading your team to success and collaborating across multiple teams on key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of Android applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, driving decisions and performance.
• Enhance code structure and architecture, while conducting code reviews for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, working closely with the design team.
• Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure high code quality.
• Mentor and support the growth of your colleagues, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.
