They mainly focus on optimising IT/Business alignment and minimising the cost of business and IT technology change.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Architect, you will learn all aspects of IT solution architecture through academic learning, mentoring, coaching and on job experience, refining skills and specialisms with a view to become a fully-fledged IT Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver class leading Architecture & high-quality consulting to clients.
• With guidance and support, deliver solution design on projects
• Assist clients in defining a strategy, taking responsibility to convert it into an integrated vision of the future
• Ensure change is mapped to a delivery roadmap and is tracked across the delivery lifecycle.
• Identifying, shaping and managing change and its organisational impact
• Develop, communicate and align the context of the business across Data Architecture and Enterprise Architecture
• Help clients understand the value of Architecture and what they need to do to make it sustainable in the long term.
• Support all business activities; shape and design change strategies for a proposal; attending client meetings

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Must be degree educated within an IT or Business-related field
• Previous Development or Architecture experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Possess strong communication and strong stakeholder management skills
