Junior Data Scientist – Reading/Remote – 30-40K

Austin Fraser is currently supporting an award winning software house who believe in the power of technology to create positive social change. Their mission is to develop innovative software solutions that address critical challenges in society.

They are now looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join their established Data Science team on a permanent basis to support with their data-enabled products and services.

This is a great opportunity to join a business that is scaling and on an exciting journey.

Location: Reading/Remote
Salary: up to 40K depending on experience.
Interview process: 2 stages.

Requirements:

• A background in data science within a complex domain, such as agrifood, life sciences, genetics or astrophysics.
• Strong understanding of ML.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
