Jira Administrator – JIRA/Atlassian – London/Remote

Outside IR35

Jira Administrator required for a leading client based in London. My client is currently seeking a Jira Administrator to create workflows to facilitate management of the remediation backlog items.

Key skills of the Role:

• Extensive Jira administration experience
• Provide application support for JIRA to Cyber Transformation Portfolio and the rest of the global business
• Strong experience with PowerBI
• Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks
• Support JIRA users
• Support and configure JIRA plugins as required
• Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks
• Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required
• Build automated reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Experience designing and building scalable data models
• Cleaning and transforming data, and enabling advanced analytic capabilities that provide meaningful business insight
• Experience using API integration to automate data export
• Experience of developing workflow within Jira
• Experience of implementing role-based access/permission model within Jira
• Understanding of Web Technologies (Cloud/Amazon Web Services, Jira, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java)
