IT ServiceNow Platform Senior Engineer Full Time

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will join our squad responsible for developing and supporting ServiceNow automation, business processes, and scoped applications and will work with teammates and stakeholders located around the world to deliver value to our users. You will work on stories involving scripting, configuration, and integration across a wide range of ServiceNow applications and plugins. You will help us deliver more value from our existing Request Management and other processes, and will support our ServiceNow automation and workflow digitization. You will also help deploy new functionality using Integrations, Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, IntegrationHub, and other emerging ServiceNow capabilities.

You will join our squad as a platform engineer and work with our high performing team of engineers, administrators, and architects. You will participate in our agile scrum ceremonies and work closely with our product owner, scrum master, and analysts to prioritize your work to be delivered each sprint. Your main focus will be on development, but you will also contribute to solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and support activities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 4+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, scoped apps, and integrations
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (Certified System Administrator, ITSM, App Specialist)
• Proficiency with Javascript, ServiceNow APIs, reporting, dashboards, access control and portal UI
• Experience with integrations preferred, e.g. REST, GraphQL, IntegrationHub, and store apps

YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join an existing Agile squad comprised of engineers, architects, analysts, a product owner, and scrum master. You will report to the ServiceNow Chapter Lead and will work closely with the product owner and scrum master to determine your work for each sprint.
