IT Service Manager

An exciting IT Service Manager opportunity has arisen for an experienced industry professional. This organisation has a strong brand in the market that puts their patients at the core of the business values. You will be accountable for delivering high quality, robust, continually measured and improving IT Services across the organisation. The role is to provide strategic and operational solutions to the organisation. This is a hybrid permanent position, based in London, and it offers £65,000. If you have significant IT Services knowledge and excellent understanding and application of the ITIL4 Framework, we want to hear from you.

Here are some of the responsibilities you would be working on:

• Significant customer services skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Working with the Head of IT Programmes & Support to ensure solutions fit for the organisation.
• Manage IT partnerships that respond to service consumer incidents and requests, and monitor system stability, and performance.
• Direct IT support strategies and lead contract requirements for new/existing solutions.
• Develop and maintain operational level agreements to define the scope and depth of duties by internal technology support teams.
• Financial management of IT Service Management budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, People), including financial planning, budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.
• Significant hands-on experience of ServiceNow (ITSM) platform and able to set out a road map for continued improvement and development.

The organisation is looking for someone with significant Lead service management experience and possess ITIL 4 Managing Professional qualification. Furthermore, the successful candidate will also have high value IT service procurement campaigns, including commercial and contract negotiation.
