Role: IT Service Centre Analyst
Location: Southwark
Salary: £30,000
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Service Centre Analyst to join their team in team based in Southwark. As an IT Service Centre Analyst, you will provide 1st line phone support and 2nd line hardware support for laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.

Responsibilities

• To provide tier one desktop support to internal customers and deal with incoming calls
• Take ownership of any issues while managing customer expectations
• Respond in a professional, friendly manner to all customers contacting the Service Centre via phone or in person.
• Contribute ideas for the improvement of the Service Centre delivery

Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Service Centre environment or similar
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience working on computer hardware systems
• Experience supporting Windows 10
• Active Directory knowledge
