WHAT YOU’LL DOBe part of a generational transformation and modernization of BCG s core financial platforms into the cloud! We are committed to hiring and developing top talent and are seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to join our quality team on this transformation journey. As a Senior Product Analyst you ll be responsible for the requirements and design of integrations as part of a multi-year ERP platform implementation, including transition integrations throughout the roll-out. This role will leverage strong collaborative decision-making and comprehensive problem-solving to deliver exceptional business requirement definitions. You will be part of a dedicated program team and work closely with related agile product teams and functional stakeholders to successfully introduce a cloud-based ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) into the BCG ecosystem. You will leverage your experience and industry best practices to create performant, future proof and scalable integrations to meet the evolving needs of the business. You will work in an Agile environment and directly report to the Senior Integration Architect to deliver Initiatives with measurable business outcomes and key results. You will work closely with customers to understand the business requirement and transform into system requirement. Additionally, you will partner with engineering team members, facilitating and translating customer requirements into effective User Stories for incremental feature delivery with a keen focus on usability, content personalization, search, and service/workflow design while aligning to our Architecture COE.WHAT YOU LL DOThis role will be responsible for integration activities as well as perform all other related tasks, such as:

• Participate in and contribute to all major phases of Project MasterChef- including global design and configuration/prototyping workshops with our Finance/business stakeholders as well as the vendor implementation partner team
• Gain a deep understanding of the current and future state Finance data model as well as associated Finance business processes that drive the Integrations
• Partner with architecture teams on system integrations design and deployment; understand downstream implications of data flowing from Core Finance to other platforms
• Create clear and comprehensive specification documents for application modifications, as well as develop and execute comprehensive test plans and conduct functional testing to ensure quality of the application prior to deployment
• Coordinate with SAP team contacts on release management – including release preparation and education, required configuration updates, testing, documentation/training material updates, and post-release support
• Team with the MasterChef to develop a process for documenting and prioritizing system enhancements, using modern project/defect management tools
• Address ad hoc user support requests in a timely manner; take initiative to suggest next steps and solutions, engaging other Subject Matter Experts as needed

• Leading multiple diverse product and process related integration requirements
• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business problems and both using fit to standard approaches and surfacing other technology options to address those problems
• Leveraging strong analytical abilities and creative problem solving
• Operating with a transparency mindset, communicating clearly and openly both above and below
• Committing to deliver high quality work by collaborating cross-functionally to achieve the best results for the organization
• Working with multicultural, distributed teams, located in different time zones

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience supporting Finance systems in an analyst role
• Experience with writing requirements, including both business and system requirements
• System testing and user support expertise
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud Finance tools, SAP preferred
• Experience with collaboration tools preferred -JIRA, JIRA align, Trello, Slack, Sharepoint, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading, and presenting in English is required
• Experience working with global teams is preferred. May occasionally need to shift working hours to accommodate work with global team members.
