Due to continuedgrowth of our business into new territories as well as a continuedinvestment into Technology, we’re now looking to hire an IT ProjectManager

Reporting to the Director of IT, you’llwork closely with all the different IT departments deliveringmission critical projects enabling the business to continue on itspath of growth & expansion.

In the last 3 years we have more thandoubled in size and currently employ over 2000 people in a growingnumber of international offices. Our dedication to improvement ofour Technology landscape means unrivalled progression opportunitiesfor all our IT staff!

Responsibilities for ProjectManager

• Determine anddefine project scope and objectives
• Predictresources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in aneffective and efficient manner
• Partner withInfrastructure, IT security, Business Intelligence, CRM, SoftwareDevelopment & Business Applications teams on theirenhancement projects
• Prepare budget based onscope of work and resource requirements
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and workplan
• Provide project updates on a consistentbasis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, andprogress
• Manage contracts with vendors andsuppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expecteddeliverables
• Utilize industry best practices,techniques, and standards throughout entire projectexecution
• Monitor progress and makeadjustments as needed
• Measure projectperformance to identify areas for improvement

Skills/Experience

• At least 2years’ experience as a PM or Senior BA
• Strongfamiliarity with project management software tools, methodologies,and best practices
• Experience seeing projectsthrough the full life cycle
• ExcellentCommunication skills
• Experiencing in businessrequirement gathering or BA certified
• One ofPrince 2, ITIL, PMP preferred

Flexible Working

£50,000 – £60,000 + 10-20% Annual Bonus& Benefits
