We’recollaborating with a prominent brand in the Technology and SoftwareSolutions (TSS) market that is looking for an IT Network Manager towork in an Educational Environment.

TheRole

An excellent opportunity foran IT network manager to work with a school to offer IT serviceexcellence to the staff and students of theschool/trust

You will managethe school’s IT systems on a daily basis, collaborating with largerteams and a junior on-site IT technician to guarantee a solid andstable platform for the delivery of teaching and learning as wellas the development of the school into a viableTrust.

Day toDay Responsibilities

• Accountable for theon-site daily management of the ICT Systems and Services of theclient, ensuring that Service Level Agreements areattained
• Providing excellent technical supportand first-class customer service with a high degree of customersatisfaction, delivered with honesty, transparency andrespectfulness, in line with the clientsvalues.

Essential Skills

• Advanced knowledge ofWindows / O365 suite of products
• Provencustomer facing onsite support experience in an Education ITsupport role
• Knowledge/Experience of ServiceManagement Principles
• Have previous ICT TeamLeader/Manager experience
• An understanding ofLAN/WLAN
