IT Network Analyst

The successful candidate will be joining a team who are responsible for the support and management of Network services on a global scale.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody interested in learning cloud and on-premise Network technologies but focusing on the support function from day one.

Responsibilities:
– Advocating new technologies from doing research and development
– Supporting new technologies during transition phases
– Adhering to ITIL Change Control process
– Working with IT transition to build support models of new products
– Supporting Production team during major incidents

Required Skills/Experience:
– Corporate LAN/WAN Environment
– F5 load balancing
– WAN Optimisation – Riverbed
– Cisco switching and routing
– Cisco Wireless (Meraki)
– Cisco ASA Firewall

Desirable Skills/Exposure:
– Cisco Viptela, QoS (SD-WAN)
– Azure IaaS (Express Route, Border Gateway Policies (BGP)
