IT Manager / Head of IT required to join an events management company based in London.

The IT Manager / Head of IT will ensure the smooth operation of the organisation’s IT infrastructure (hands on as well as 3rd party supplier management) whilst also managing a small team of 2.

This will be a hybrid opportunity with 3 days per week in the office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To develop the IT strategy and manage the development of all IT services.
• To ensure the maintenance of vital IT operations pertaining access, security, communications.
• To recommend improvements required for the enhancement of the IT infrastructure.
• To plan and implement the upgrades for desktops, servers, laptops etc, as per company replacement policy.
• To ensure the smooth running and maintenance of all IT devices e.g., Telephones, computers, printers etc.
• Leading, mentoring, and coaching members of the team

Essential Experience:

• The candidate must have experience of supporting ICT services
• Salesforce implementation
• Sound knowledge of MS SQL server, CSS, and HTML along with advanced Excel skills.
• Sound knowledge of core internet technologies, i.e., network file systems DNS, mail transport, DHCP, TCP/IP
• A background in Marketing, Events or Conference
• Experience of Marketo (Highly desirable).
