IT Event Manager Agile Hackathon International/Global Project Management Delivery

My client is a large and complex firm who urgently require an IT Event Manager to help shape, communicate, deliver and execute a crucial Agile Hackathon event to a huge International, cross-geographical location internal audience.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable IT Event Manager experience with specific focus on setting up and co-ordinating an International Hackathon previously
• Proven track record in Project Delivery and executing events
• Demonstrable experience of excellent stakeholder, organisational and planning skills
• Previous experience with project management of complex events
• Experience of building a plan and executing to an International audience
• Ability to network and get to know people across a range of cultures and business settings
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively in order to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with all levels of seniority appropriately and effectively
• Keen eye for attention to detail with a high degree of content

Nice to have:

• Multiple Hackathon Projects set up, run and delivered previously
• Agile Delivery/Agile PMO experience with demonstrable event co-ordination and planning
• Ability to speak multiple languages to help with communicating to a vast International audience
• Ability to demonstrate what would go into a “hack pack”
• Immediate availability
