Frontline
Location: Flexible – requires regular travel to London Office and occasional travel to other sites
About the role:
As part of the wider Operations Team, the IT & Facilities Manager leads our approach to information technology, systems administration and facilities by providing outstanding customer service to our team.
You will be refining and delivering strategic plans for our IT infrastructure, ensuring the exemplary operation of Frontline’s offices and co-working spaces, and upskilling colleagues in the organisation on technology and systems in conjunction with other teams.
The support the IT and Facilities Team give is essential to everyone at Frontline in order to be as equipped to work and provide the space and service for our people to continue to create social change by improving the lives of children and families.
A little bit about you:
This role would suit an experienced IT professional, who can support the IT and Facilities Officer to provide the operational backbone to our IT Service Desk, but also continually improve and innovate the way we work to be as efficient as possible.
You will be experienced in the Microsoft Azure Directory, confident in using Endpoint (Intune) Device Management and experienced with SharePoint, which is our main online file system.
There is a high autonomy culture within the team and organisation, so the role would best suit someone who is well organised, pro-active and can use their initiative to do what works. The successful candidates will have had some experience of IT support or helpdesk, or other relevant customer-facing roles, in order to provide the best service for our staff.
