Are you an IS Support Engineer with Windows/Linux, VMware & networking experience, looking to work for one of Europe’s leading financial solutions companies who provide best in class training and the opportunity to work with a range of impressive clients on a year long fixed term contract?

On offer is the opportunity to join a business who offers financial solutions across three main sectors including digital security, online financial platforms and currency technology. They have been established for over 170 years and operate at sites across the UK and Europe.

This varied and challenging role, you will provide 2nd/3rd line support for both Windows and Linux environments, troubleshooting complex issues across systems and applications. You will manage virtualization using VMware, resolve SQL performance issues, and handle networking tasks including DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations. Additionally, the role involves taking ownership of incidents from start to finish, ensuring efficient resolution and maintaining high service standards.

This role would suit a IS Engineer or similar with a strong technical background looking for a fixed-term contract with a large company who will give you the opportunity to work with an extensive client base.
