INTERIM SAP/S4 HANA IMPLEMENTATION LEAD Full Time

An initial 12 month interim assignment to lead on the implementation of SAP S4 Hana ERP into our global client

Our client is undertaking a significant transformation across their Procurement and Sourcing process and systems on a global basis.

We are looking for an experienced SAP/S4 Hana Implementation Lead, to work alongside procurement and help deliver and implement this new ERP system across the business.

You will have a proven background in delivering similar projects across a complex and multi region organisation, have a wealth of knowledge across S4 Hana implementations and provide expertise to the senior stakeholders across this vital transformation project.

This position will lead activities such as goal and project plan alignment efforts, driving organizational readiness, change readiness and impact assessment, stakeholder and employee engagement, large-scale training, organizational performance analysis, and communication programs.

This position will also be responsible for working closely with cross-functional stakeholders globally including Finance, Controllership, R&D, Commercial, IT etc. and lead the various regions through change.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with, and act as a strategic partner for leadership and operational teams to manage overall execution of one or more programs and projects to meet goals and targeted results.
• Responsible for STS (Source to Settle) process improvement initiatives, which may include development of training material, strategies, change management and objectives to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
• Plan and perform change management programs for procurement.
• Develop and support of supplier enablement (i.e., on-boarding) programs.
• Establish process for measuring performance improvement.
• Support user experience and change management of all process changes. Work with the STS lead to develop a communication plan for multiple countries.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

• 7+ years relevant experience – preferably with 3+ years in a program or change management role and 5+ years source-to-pay experience.
• Exceptional track record of applying procurement principles, concepts, best practices, and standards along with an in-depth knowledge of industry practices required.
• Exceptional knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP S4 (purchase order, goods receipt, coding, etc.)
• Superior communication, presentation and change leadership & management skills are required. Bilingual a plus (English primary)
• Experience with ERP implementations leading change management initiatives.
