Salary: £49,717 + (Dependant on skills and experience)

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for leading infrastructure teams and driving technical improvements? We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting the University’s IT systems and cloud environments.
Job Purpose:
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the operational needs of our IT systems, ensuring the smooth running of both on-premise and cloud services. You will lead the ITS Infrastructure Team while collaborating closely with the IT Director and other service leads to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and report on the progress of key IT projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be responsible for the performance, security, and reliability of the University’s IT infrastructure, providing a secure and efficient platform for teaching and learning activities. You will also contribute to the strategic planning of IT services, tackling complex technical challenges and serving as the primary expert in Infrastructure, Integrations, and Cloud technologies.
