IDAM GRC Manager, Vice President – Identity and Access Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance Administration.

You will be responsible for the Governance and Oversight of identity and access management function delivered as a service by service providers to ensure it meets EMEA business requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day provisioning, re-certification and related activities of Security Access Administration in London serving as a contact point for escalation across EMEA.
Act as a security liaison with EMEA business units to actively seek out improvement opportunities in areas of Identity & Access Management.
Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance function within Security team to provide timely response to any matters concerning regulatory/audit requests.

London office, Hybrid working x2 days a week in office, x3 remote.
£90 – 1150,000 + Benefits + 30-40% Bonuses.

The IAM/IDAM/Identity and Access Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance Administration Manager is a key resource within the Governance, Risk & Compliance team with the responsibility to ensure all identity & access management activities are carried out in accordance with Information Security policy while maintaining oversight of these activities.

Oversee identity and access management as a function, including the re-certification of over 500+ applications managed by a global team of Security Administrators.
x1 direct reports – Security Administration Analyst in London with oversight of Security Administration Analysts delivering IAM as a service to EMEA.

You will have:
Strong understanding of processes around Identity & Access Management for both business and IT perspective.
Strong stakeholder management, including working with diverse teams in other regions.
