As a Security Analyst on the Provisioning Operations team within Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) you will be responsible for account lifecycle management, access provisioning, and auditing of identities to keep Indeed secure. We are a team of builders where we wear many hats to get the right stuff done. With your team you ll execute ways to operate Indeed s security systems. You will interact with technical teams across Indeed to secure global systems that scale to tens of millions of pageviews a day, see over 200 million unique visitors per month, and serve Indeedians in over 25 global offices.
Serving as a member of the Provisioning Operations team responsible for end-to-end IT account lifecycle management.
Identify new opportunities for scalable and secure identity management and access authorizations.
Gathering requirements, planning, and coordinating the successful implementation of role-based access controls.
Collaborating with various global IT, Security, HR, Vendor and Product Management, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition teams to facilitate evolving access requirements.
Promoting global adoption and consistent execution of Indeed s Identity and access management processes.
Reviewing access requests and provisioning new-hire accounts.
Processing internal mobility requests and off-boarding notifications.
Gathering new user role onboarding requirements and approvals.
Auditing and reviewing account lifecycle management; identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
Authoring and editing content on our internal wiki.
Researching new and innovative solutions and promoting process improvement.
Working closely with our IT Support, IT Security, HR, and Vendor Management teams to ensure a fluid user onboarding experience.
Identifying and pursuing process improvement, automation, and application integration opportunities.
Learning from and educating your fellow team members.
Completing other technical projects and tasks as needed.
Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Who You Are
We are looking for a Security Analyst to provision accounts and access enabling Indeedians to help people get jobs. This will include defining provisioning roles and entitlements, executing account audits, and identifying automation opportunities within our IGA platform.

You are equally happy talking concepts and exploring best practices as you are directly executing significant Security initiatives.
5+ years of user account provisioning life cycle management, IT Security, and enterprise-user administration
2+ years experience with IGA platforms including SailPoint.
2+ years experience provisioning GSuite, Atlassian, Jira.
1+ year experience defining Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
You are highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; proven track record of delivering while working independently.
You have demonstrable knowledge of LDAP and directory services.
You have an independent ability to research technical problems and solutions.
You have strong organizational skills and detail-oriented work ethic.
You are willing to work flexible/odd hours at times, based on needs.
You have an ability to work individually and within a team.
You have worked closely with Security professionals and other engineering teams to adopt secure processes and practices.
