RoleOverview (Hybrid Working)
As asupport Engineer, you must display excellent customer-facingskills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicatetechnical issues in non-technical terms.
Youwill be responsible for completing tasks allocated to you throughthe Helpdesk and managing your own proactive tasks.
It is a critical part of your role that you can shareinformation and tasks with other engineers and keep up-to-date anddetailed notes on the work you complete in our job managementsystem.
You will be responsible for ensuringthat our customers can keep working, and will be required to useyour initiative in resolving issues.
You will beresponsible for day-to-day monitoring and support of clients’estates through Remote Monitoring Management and frequent sitevisits to diagnose and fix issues.
Who are we lookingfor?
Salary – £25,000 -£30,000 including bonus and brilliant benefits
