Our engineers are thebackbone of our service delivery, being the first port of calldealing with service requests and incidents.
Youwill be client’s first point of contact, responding to incidentsand where appropriate escalating to the relevant teams. Along withfielding helpdesk requests, you will be the face of the companywhen visiting client offices to provide support and installingclient equipment as well as supporting the back end systems. Thisposition requires a high level of professionalism while performingdaily support tasks as required.
