Head of Technology and Data – Central London

A highly successful, values-driven not-for-profit organisation in Central London is looking for a Head of Technology and Data to create the vision and strategy for their technology and knowledge management processes. This will be a highly visible and pivotal role within the organisation, overseeing the technology infrastructure and ensuring the IT function provides leading-class service to the business. This role would suit an innovative, dynamic IT leader eager to make an impact. You will have close working relationships with the Senior Leadership Team and be a trusted adviser to the CEO and Management Committee.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all internal systems and technology infrastructure, including maintenance, security, and uptime.
2. Implement all technology changes in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
3. Create a Technology Strategy that optimises existing services and prepares for further scaling.
4. Ensure the Technology Strategy balances central systems and external-facing platforms.
5. Lead the implementation of the tech strategy, ensuring understanding and embedding of changes in processes and behaviours.
6. Create a Data and Knowledge Management Strategy to improve efficiency, strengthen security, and generate better intelligence for decision-making (BI/MI).
7. Inspire the IT team by setting clear direction and accountability, ensuring high performance and a culture of continuous personal development.
8. Lead the CRM team to improve automation and reporting capabilities for business benefit.
9. Participate in and steer strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £90,000 plus benefits, including 30 days annual leave plus BH and a generous pension scheme.
