Head of Data – HealthTech Start-up

London-based (Hybrid) – Up to £110,000

Method Resourcing are proud to have partnered with a HealthTech start-up to bring in a Head of Data to steer the data team through a major transformation project, as well as defining the future road-map.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a company with some fantastic prospects, as well as supporting the NHS.

The right candidate for the role should be able to demonstrate a large amount of the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a Head of Data or equivalent role, defining and executing a data strategy, as well as leading, guiding and mentoring a growing data team
• Experience working with a modern data stack (currently they are using AWS, Snowflake, Terraform, DBT as the core components of their stack)
• Strong knowledge and appreciation for Data Governance, Data Literacy, Data Privacy to establish and reinforce best-practices
• Previous experience working within the HealthTech industry is highly desirable

The role is paying up to £110,000 DOE + Benefits.
