REMOTE interviewing. FULLY REMOTE position. Must be based in the UK.

A rising digital start-up with 25 employees that creates consumer products for sustainable energy is searching for a Graduate Java Developer to join their team.

You will collaborate with 15 engineers on various greenfield projects, creating frameworks and databases from scratch. They are a tech-focused, tech for good company. There is no technological debt in this fascinating scale-up.

Tech stack: Java 17 (upgrading to Java 19), microservices, AWS, and Kubernetes (with some Vue.js and Node.js on the frontend)

You, as the Graduate Java Developer, will be a great fit for this role if you have:

• A Computer Science degree (Bachelors/Masters/PhD) from a top UK university
• A keen desire to work with modern technologies
• Some Java development experience (Or if it is your strongest language!)
• Passion to work in a Tech For Good sector improving the sustainable lifestyle of consumers

In order to assist this business become the dominant disruptor in its industry, they are looking for a creative Graduate Java Developer that wants to contribute fresh concepts for creating fascinating sustainable solutions. They support the use of pair programming and Agile methodologies and promote current development practices.
