The Global Services (GS) HR and Business Services team works closely together, to deliver smooth day-to-day operations and provide strategic business partnering across GS, our functions and local / regional teams. Together, we are focused on service excellence, and business acumen while promoting a positive office and people experience for >2,700 employees. Reporting into the Senior Director for People Operations and Change, you will bring your consultative approach and quantitative & qualitative analytical skills to take ownership for driving and executing on a variety of People Experience projects and programs that support our ambitious people and operations agenda. Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
