WHAT YOU’LL DOGlobal Risk Management (RM) is dedicated to identifying and managing significant risk exposure at BCG.The Data & Business Intelligence Manager position involves designing, managing, and deploying data analytics, reports, and dynamic dashboards. The tools and dashboard created will be utilized by both the Assurance and Advisory team and key functional stakeholders. This position is responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, processing and validating data, and conducting root cause and trend analysis. The Data & Business Intelligence Manager will also present analytic findings to various stakeholders.
In addition, this role will participate in risk assessment for BCG Offices, functions and processes and looks to provide management with an independent and objective assessment of business risk and internal controls.
The successful candidate should be comfortable performing the following: writing queries in programing languages such as SQL and Python, developing analytical visualizations using Alteryx and Tableau ( building complex dashboards), understanding cloud data warehousing ( Snowflake), business intelligence architecture, application and design, Machine Learning & AI concepts. The candidate must also understand and assess risks across a wide variety of business areas, build relationships with diverse stakeholders, manage a complex network of individuals, influence change management across the organization, prioritize issues, and escalate appropriately.YOU’RE GOOD ATWe are looking for someone with a passion and understanding of data analytics and business intelligence, risk management, change management, and global business. BCG’s Chief Risk Officer leads the team, which is comprised of team members across various cities and countries.
