The Role
We are looking for a strong, all-round international marketer for a new and important role within Howden’s Specialty business, focused on the Cyber Practice.
The new Marketing Manager will have a critical role in understanding business needs and helping to translate them into relevant marketing and communication strategies. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our Cyber strategy and strengthen our position as one of the top Cyber leaders in the broking market. The marketer will work with Global Cyber leaders, local country leads and the wider marketing community.
As a global business, we have strong ambitions to accelerate growth both in the UK and internationally and are looking for a strong marketer with the ambition and business acumen to help support an evolving and dynamic business strategy.

Your Team and Environment
You will be part of a marketing team in which culture is very important. We have a strong work ethic, but we have fun with what we do and support a good work/life balance. The team atmosphere is friendly, supportive and energetic. You will also work very closely with the very dynamic international Cyber team.
This role is primarily office-based, however we have a flexible working framework in place to allow for home working two days a week. There may also be the need for occasional travel overseas to meet with colleagues in local countries.
Howden’s London headquarters, One Creechurch Place, is a fantastic building to work in. There are lots of spaces to work and meet in, as well as a subsidised café-bar with views over the city.

At Howden, we have an international and diverse team of 100 Cyber experts making up our Global Cyber Practice.
As Cyber specialists, the value we bring to clients is in the expertise we bring to their programmes through design, delivery, and ongoing advisory and servicing.
