Genesys WFM Specialist Full Time

My client, a leading Consultancy, is looking for a Genesys WFM Specialist able to consult on the thought process behind Genesys Cloud WFM objects.

The successful applicant Should be able to discover a customer’s workforce operation and devise the design of the Genesys Cloud WFM objects. Should understand enough about Genesys Cloud Routing to consult the customer as well as the design teams what should be the design guardrails for contact center routing design to meet WFM configuration constraints. Should be able to guide the customer regarding WFM Data Migration, including any data transformation required from their existing platform.

Applicants must have at least 10 years WFM expertise and worked extensively with Genesys Cloud WFM Objects.
