Salt are partnered with one of the worlds leading Technology Consultancies who require a Genesys WFM Specialist to join one of their end clients on an initial 12 month rolling contract.

Genesys WFM Consultant: Role & Responsibilities

1. Needs to understand Genesys Cloud WFM object setup.
2. Able to consult on the thought process behind Genesys Cloud WFM objects.
3. Should be able to discover a customer’s workforce operation and devise the design of the Genesys cloud WFM objects.
4. Should be able to consult and guide the customer on the recommended design from BT and alternatives, as well as pro’s and con’s of each approach, guiding the customer towards the best design.
5. Should understand enough about Genesys Cloud Routing to consult the customer as well as BT design teams what should be the design guardrails for contact center routing design to meet WFM configuration constraints.
6. Should be able to guide the customer regarding WFM Data Migration, including any data transformation required from their existing platform. If the existing WFM platform is BT Optimize, should be able to direct a suitable TD to extract the Optimize WFM data/BT CCC report data and transform it to the format required by Genesys Cloud WFM.
7. Finally, if required, should be able to configure the Genesys Cloud WFM objects end-to-end and support workforce onboarding.
