My client, a leading Consultancy, is looking for a Genesys Integration Specialist able to hold technical and business level discussions with client stakeholders regarding integrations.

The successful applicant Understands basics of Genesys Cloud Email, Genesys Cloud Web Messaging including out-of-the-box Messenger integration, Salesforce Connector integration for all channels (email, chat, voice) and Dynamics Connector integration for all channels (voice, email, chat). You will Understand Javascript coding and be able to advise client website development teams on using the Genesys Web Messenger SDKs for various integration scenarios.You Can independently manage and drive PoC’s for integrations tracking technical progress of PoC against success criteria preparing change response with effort estimates to convert PoC to a Work Order.

Applicants must have at least 10 years experience as an Genesys Integration specialist and should have intermediate level familiarity with Genesys Cloud configuration for relevant aspects, like Architect Flows, Web Messaging configurations, Genesys Cloud Email configurations etc.
